Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On August 25, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment and three months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court) and three months of imprisonment for the same crime in the same court on December 23, 2016, and on March 21, 2017, the Seoul Southern Prison completed the execution of the sentence. On June 8, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for the same crime at the Daegu Southern District Court (Seoul Southern District Court) and became final and conclusive on January 11, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On May 2017, the Defendant forged private document: (a) without authority, entered “E” in the column for information subscribers’ name in the mobile subscription number column; (b) the applicant column in the subscription number column; and (c) voluntarily signed on the name side; and (d) the applicant column in the “Personal Information Use Consent” form, which is a document attached to the said “ mobile subscription form; and (b) signed the “E” form on the basis of each applicant’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising a certificate, the Defendant forged “ mobile application form”, “personal information utilization consent form”, and “radio service contract standard guide” under the name of “A”, which is a private document related to a certificate of fact.

2. The Defendant at the above date, at the above place, submitted a forged application form, a written consent to use personal information, and a standard guide for radio service contracts to G, an employee of the aforementioned mobile phone sales store, who knew of such fact, as if they were genuine.
