A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, who has a legal spouse, is between the victim B (n, 45 years of age) and the workplace club, and from June 2018, the defendant was paid in relation to his family.

1. From December 2018 to January 2019, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Camera, etc.), taken the victim’s first half and a telegraphic body, who was diving with the victim’s gallon lusular phone with the victim’s gallon lusium owned by the Defendant, where the trade name at the time of galloning is unknown.

2. Intimidation;

A. From October 2, 2019 to October 2, 2019, the Defendant received a text message from the victim at a place where the location cannot be known from around 20:52 to 21:10 on the same day, and sent the victim’s back-to-date photo of the victim’s upper half body photo taken and kept in custody together with a text message stating, “I will see whether the Defendant will be able to obtain only the Defendant’s possession or within the Defendant. I will see how we will know at the later time and how we will come to know at the company in Korea.” The Defendant threatened the victim by transmitting the victim’s upper half body photo of the victim’s upper body taken and kept in custody.

B. On January 2, 2020, the Defendant committed the crime from around 18:18 to 18:55 on the same day, in front of the entrance of the victim’s residence located in Bupyeong-si C, the Defendant: (a) took the first race of the victim, who was in his own hedging and did not open a door without telephone, and (b) took the first races several times; and (c) the Defendant’s cell phone owner “I need not have a door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door.” (b) the Defendant’s cell phone owner, “I cannot see human life door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door, and it is difficult to see only the inner life door door door door door door door door door door door.” (d) The Defendant’s home door door door door door door door door door and door door door door door door door door door door door door door door.
