A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 17:00 on April 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of the instant mobile phone between the market price and the U.S. 6S mobile phone located on the top of the phone in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul and the “IBK Enterprise Bank, etc. Branch” and “IBK Enterprise Bank, etc. Branch”; and (b) by using ATM mobile phone, the Defendant used the ATM machine and used it on the top of the market.
