Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against D’s backdate on the roads front of the Daegu Police Station C District District of Daegu Police Station, Daegu, Daegu, Daegu, which was located in B; and (b) upon receiving a report from a taxi engineer, D, a police officer belonging to the said District, who called the Defendant, who was called up upon receiving a report from the said taxi engineer, used the Defendant’s desire to read “I am a shoulder, I am, I am, I am, and I am.”

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the police officer's report of crime and the protection of the principal.
