Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, it is reasonable that the court below determined that the facts charged in this case were guilty and ordered the defendant to collect the money as stated in its judgment on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and it did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of the logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the interpretation of "matters belonging to duties of officers and employees of financial institutions" or the calculation

Therefore, the appeal shall be dismissed, and since it is clear that there are some errors in the judgment of the court below, it shall be corrected under Article 25 of the Regulation on Criminal Procedure. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
