(2) In light of the above legal principles, the Plaintiff may file a claim for the registration of ownership transfer based on the cancellation of title trust with the above Defendants, even if following the Plaintiff’s assertion. If the Plaintiff filed a claim for the registration of ownership transfer based on the cancellation of title trust against the above Defendants and received the judgment of acceptance, the Plaintiff may file a claim for the registration of ownership transfer based on the cancellation of title trust. The Plaintiff may file a claim for the registration of ownership transfer based on the above judgment in subrogation of the above Defendants on the ground of the above judgment.

Therefore, seeking confirmation of ownership of the instant land against the said Defendants is the most effective and appropriate for confirmation of legal relationship.
