Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around 08:00 on November 8, 2013, the Defendant driven C urban bus and proceeded at about 27 km from the right side of Yaeaeng-dong, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, with two-lanes in two lanes, to 3 km from the right side of Yaeng Elementary School along the two-lane.
