Criminal facts

The Defendant purchased cultural products rights (10,00 won) with D, E, F, G, etc., put the hidden pin number (the unique number used at the time of approval on the Internet) in the screen of the left-hand side of the cultural products right into the knin number, added the outer surface to identify the pin number, and sell the fin number again to a selling store which is a normal cultural products right by using and accessing grass, and by purchasing the Internet game money with the above Fin number.

On June 25, 2012, the Defendant, along with E, identified the screen number of 10,000 won of the Korea Cultural Promotion Issuance of the Korea Culture Promotion (PIN) at the H underground accommodation in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Seoul-si, and affixed fin (PIN) in a knife; and F, around June 28, 2012, at the gift certificate sales place operated by the victim J located in Nam-gu, Incheon-gu, the Defendant, at the gift certificate sales place, identified the fin number as above, belongs to 10,00 won of the Korea Cultural Promotion Issuance of the Korea Culture Promotion (hereinafter “Korea Culture Promotion”) and received KRW 2,350,00 from the said victim the sales amount of the gift certificate at that place.

In collusion with D, E, F, G, etc., the Defendant attempted to obtain 38,314,00 won from 13 victims through 13 times from around that time to July 5, 2012, as described in the attached list of crimes, and acquired 2,775,50 won from KR and attempted to obtain 2,775,00 won from KR.
