1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2. When it is necessary for the accused to prevent the recidivism of a sexual crime of forty hours.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2013, 2013, the Defendant 1 was a police officer with the Victim C (V, 52 years of age) who boomed with the Victim C (V, and 52 years of age), and around November 2013, 2013, the Defendant heard the horses from the victim and boomed him.

1. On November 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on the violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, etc. of Sexual Crimes (i.e., taking pictures of the victim C using a mobile phone camera on the cell phone from the victim’s mobile phone to his/her mobile phone; (b) on November 12, 2013, on the part of the victim’s mobile phone, designated the photo of the victim with the character taken by the Defendant’s mobile phone; and (c) displayed the photo by means of writing comments on the victim’s cell phone image on the victim’s cell phone; (d)

Accordingly, the Defendant displayed the body photographs of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame openly.

2. No person who violates the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection shall have any codes, letters, sound, images, or motion pictures creating fear or apprehensions reach another person repeatedly through information and communications networks.

On November 28, 2013, at around 21:00, the Defendant sent three text messages to the victims 16 times in total, as shown in the annexed Table of Crimes, from around April 12, 2014, by using a mobile phone from the Defendant’s home located in Daegu Dong-gu E and 1002, to the victim F’s mobile phone, the husband of C, “FC is harshly denied,” “FCC C,” “S, a file sent one-time file,” and “Isk-day, ask for whether there was a one-day off-day test from October 28 to April 28, 2014.”

Accordingly, the Defendant repeatedly sent letters that arouse fears and apprehensions through information and communications network to the victims.

3. A defendant violating the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Defamation) shall be Daegu Dong-gu around 16:00 on March 29, 2014.
