The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The sentence of the lower court (eight months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. However, although the court below denied the criminal intent of the defendant as to the crime in this case, it should be taken into account that the defendant made a confession of all the facts of the crime in this case and made a misunderstanding of his depth. However, even though the amount of damage caused by the crime in this case was a large amount, the damage recovery was not made even though the victim was not agreed, the defendant received money under the pretext that he was involved in the election of the head of redevelopment area and used it as election expenses by participating in the election of the head of an association in the redevelopment area, and the nature of the crime is not good. The defendant was committed in this case without being contradictory to the fact that there was a large number of fines despite the fact that there was a past record of punishment, and in light of all the sentencing conditions indicated in the records of this case, it cannot be deemed that the sentence of the court below against the defendant is too unreasonable.

3. The defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, since the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
