Defendant E is the representative of the H Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located G in G at the time as a licensed real estate agent (hereinafter “instant licensed real estate agent office”), and Defendant D and I are each Defendant E’s brokerage assistant, and they are both married couples.

Defendant E established and registered the instant authorized brokerage office on November 17, 2012, and agreed to receive KRW 800,000 per month from Defendant D and I. From around that time to August 2013, Defendant D and I agreed to receive KRW 80,000 per month.
