A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violence;

A. On May 22, 2018, at around 02:15, the Defendant indicated that the victim E (the age 21) who drinks alcohol together in the D Smoking room located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon (the age 21) did not harm the Defendant’s drinking, and sought assistance from F to “I wish to go home, and I wish to go home, I would like to do so.” The Defendant made one time a part of the victim’s life-sustaining.

B. On May 22, 2018, around 02:20 on May 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) the Victim F (F) (V, 21 years of age) was absent from the Defendant in front of D's entrance in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon.
