Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 13, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a license for driving a motor vehicle on or around 02:34, driving a B-low vehicle on the section of about 1 km from the front of the mountain basin located in the Busan Metropolitan City Maritime Transport Daegu to the front of the B-low River located in the same Jung-dong Maritime Transport Zone 348, Jung-dong, Jung-dong.
Summary of Evidence
1. Statement by the defendant in court;
1. Report on detection of non-licensed drivers, report on the circumstances of non-licensed driving, and application of statutes to the ledger of driver's licenses;
