A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 13, 2012, the Defendant subscribed as a member of (ju)D, a multi-level marketing business entity of a mobile phone. At the time of returning to E and E, the Defendant used a copy of identification card and personal account number of persons related to E’s business to open the mobile phone in his/her name, and used it to make sure that he/she received a request from E.

1. Forgery of private documents, uttering of falsified investigation documents, and fraud;

On February 8, 2012, the Defendant involved in the name of E: (a) around 2012, at the office located in the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant is carrying out the following activities: (i) in the name column of the members of the above office, “E”, “G” in the resident number column, and “E” in the applicant column; and (ii) in the name column of the customer name column of Chapter II of the LGU subscription form, “E”, “G-LUU6200”, “LGU6200”, “E”, “89,” “E” in the selling price column; and (ii) in the name column of Chapter II of the model, the Defendant signed the above office; and (iii) obtained from the buyer column the above office’s signature; and (iv) obtained from the buyer column a copy of the document, “E”, “E” and “E” and “E”, and (v) obtained from the buyer column 97 and the head of H’s office 97.2.0”).

However, at that time, the defendant had a copy of his identification card without the consent of E, and there was no record of being delegated by E with the authority to register (State)D members and to open the LGU mobile phone.

As a result, the Defendant: (a) forged an application for membership registration, which is a private document concerning the certification of the identity of E; and (b) exercised it; and (c) received property from the same person by deceiving H, which is an employee of the victim company.
