Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 28, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 18:40 on the high-speed bus platform located in Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, D, an article of high-speed bus with a high-speed bus in which the Defendant was able to put tobacco into a high-speed bus, was under the influence of alcohol; and (b) thereby, caused the Defendant to go through a ditch.

In the above process, the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties was obstructed by assaulting the Defendant, i.e., a slope F, and one other, who was sent to the scene after receiving a report of the process by the Jincheon Police Station Escoping the Defendant, who was towed by the Defendant out of a high speed bus, to the said F in his hand, and “I wish to kill and kill the Defendant.”
