Defendants are not guilty.

Summary of Facts charged

1. The defendant A is a constructor who operates a stock company B from Gangwon-gun D, and the supplier shall subcontract the type of business corresponding to the construction work to the constructor who registered the type of business.

A. On September 23, 2013, the Defendant awarded a contract for the tea and G extension work from the F elementary school E, and subcontracted it to C, a constructor who did not register the contract.

B. On October 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) contracted the installation work of the I T TW military unit in the KGGGG; and (b) subcontracted the construction work to C, a constructor, who was not registered, by the military unit in the Army H; and (c) subcontracted it to C.

On November 5, 2013, the Defendant awarded a contract for construction work, such as replacement of L fences, from K Co., Ltd., and subcontracted it to C, a constructor who did not register it.

2. The representative of Defendant B Defendant B, as described in paragraph 1, subcontracted the above construction to C, a constructor who did not register the Defendant’s business, respectively.

3. A person wishing to carry on the Defendant C construction business shall register the land with the Minister of Construction and Transportation for each category of business;

A. The Defendant, without registering the construction business to the Minister of Construction and Transportation, performed the F elementary school tea and G extension work subcontracted by A as described in paragraph (1) without registering the construction business, from September 23, 2013 to December 15 of the same year.

B. The Defendant, without registering the construction business to the Minister of Construction and Transportation, implemented the construction work of installing a thalth shot-free protection wall from October 12, 2013 to December 10 of the same year, which was subcontracted by the Army H I unit A, as described in subparagraph 1(b).

The Defendant, without registering the construction business to the Minister of Construction and Transportation, performed construction works, such as replacement of a L fence subcontracted by A, without registering the construction business, from November 5, 2013 to January 7, 2014.

The Board shall be duly adopted and investigated by this Court.
