A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts
The defendant is a foreigner of the nationality of the fatherland married with C in March 2006 and is a permanent resident of Korea.
1.
