Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives B cargo vehicles.

On March 17, 2016, the Defendant driven B cargo vehicles under the influence of alcohol content of about 500 meters at approximately 0.067% while under the influence of alcohol, from the roads in front of the Gandong-dong-dong-dong-si in Gwangju to the roads in front of the Gandong-dong-si Library in Gyeonggi-do.
