A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On September 7, 2016, at around 22:45, the Defendant: (a) 103 in C Infinite C C in Gangwon-gun B; (b) ambling the victim D (the age of 53) and the drinking value known in the course of conducting a tree-related business; and (c) ambling the transition (the total length: 22 cm, the day length: 12 cm) which is a dangerous object on the floor of the area; and (d) ambling the victim, who was threatened with the upper part of the trees.”
