Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Cro-car.

On October 25, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 16:20, and proceeded along the first lane of the three-lanes of the 147.3km road at the 147.3km road.
