A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 16, 2014, at around 22:30, the Defendant expressed the victim’s attitude of the victim C (Nam, 47 years of age) who is an acting driving engineer in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju, that the victim’s body was “Isle,” and expressed the victim’s desire to “Isle, Isle, Isle, Isle, Isn the victim’s neck by hand, brea the victim’s body blick, and assaulted twice the victim’s body blick.
