A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father of the victim C(36 years of age) and the neighbor.

On October 1, 2012, at around 10:25, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim's left side, such as pulverization into the left felb in the left felb, the following reasons: (a) the Defendant attempted to see the victim as drinking by drinking; and (b) the Defendant’s knee outside of the victim’s left side was caused by a defect that prevents any further geling, thereby causing about 10 weeks to the next victim.

The defendant and his defense counsel's reply to the submission of the fact-finding statement(C) on the defendant's assertion that the defendant does not agree with the victim C's bridge, and rather, the victim's parent, etc. tried to leave the defendant's bridge on the ground floor as they were, while the victim's parent, etc. attached the defendant, tried to leave the defendant's bridge on the ground floor.

However, in full view of the following facts and circumstances acknowledged by the aforementioned evidence, the defendant's assertion of the defendant and the defense counsel cannot be accepted, as it is sufficiently recognized that the defendant inflicted an injury on the victim's bridge.

① The victim C consistently tried to grow along with the Defendant from the investigative agency to the present court, thereby preventing the Defendant from getting out of his/her booming and getting out of his/her knee. As a consequence, the Defendant, by walking the victim’s left side bridge, was over the ground floor on the wind, and was on the knee part of his/her knee.

(2) A witness F shall have both the defendant and the victim attached to an investigative agency and this court.
