Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall engage in business of exchanging or arranging money exchange or re-purchase of results obtained through the use of game water.

On April 6, 2018, the Defendant connected the “DPC room” site in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, and received 10,000 won in cash per 10,000 won for the game money, and exchanged 10,000 won in cash per 10,000 won for the game money acquired by customers.
