1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The summary of the case is the case where the defendant seeks payment of KRW 171,134,636, out of the costs of judgment, etc. paid by the defendant in accordance with the dispute with local workers, to the plaintiff, from the subcontract cost as the part of the plaintiff's liability, and the contract for the modification of the contract to reduce the subcontract price of KRW 29,760,00 for the purpose of tax settlement, and further, the plaintiff asserts that the reduction of the subcontract price of KRW 200,894,636 (=171,134,636,29,760,000) is a tort, and the plaintiff seeks payment of the contract price of KRW 200,894,636, which is offset or reduced by the contract price or damages.

In fact, the plaintiff (subcontractor) entered into a subcontract with the defendant (contractor) and entered into a subcontract with the Government of the Republic of Africa on the construction of water supply and drainage facilities ordered by the Government of the Republic of Africa.

On January 15, 2009 through January 31, 201, 209, the term “construction work cost” 1: (a) the construction work cost of the subcontracted construction site; (b) the term “construction work cost” 15, 209 to January 15, 200; and (c) the term “construction work” / pipes / the term “construction work” / the term “construction work” / the term “construction work” 3,225,00,000, 200 on March 15, 201 to December 31, 201; (d) the term “local construction work” / the term “local construction work cost” / the term “local construction work cost” / the term “local construction work cost” / the term “local construction work cost” / the term “local construction work cost” / the term “local construction work cost” / the term “local construction work cost” / the term “local construction work cost” / the term “local” 20.

The defendant pays 239,549,113F.c.c. and 15,00,000 F.c.a. judicial proceedings costs on April 15, 201, and 4,790,983 F. of attorney-at-law in the course of litigation.
