1. The Defendant shall pay to the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff KRW 29,393,606 and KRW 28,145,436 among them. The Defendant shall pay full payment from August 21, 2015.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The grounds for the plaintiff's claim are as shown in the annexed sheet.

B. On May 20, 2016, the Plaintiff succeeded to the Plaintiff and notified the Defendant of the transfer of the claim against the Defendant to the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff.

2. Judgment on applicable provisions of Acts concerning claims by the plaintiff's successor: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit against the Defendant by asserting that he/she had a claim as stated in the attached Form, but transferred the above claim to the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff. As such, the Plaintiff’s claim based on the premise that the Plaintiff has the above claim against the Defendant is dismissed as it is without merit.
