1. The first instance court;

1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is as follows, except for the addition or deletion of the following contents, and thus, it is consistent with the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance.

In addition, the following shall be added to the part of “the CCTV recording records by the South-gate box from December 9, 2007 to December 00: 13, 2007” in Part 4 of Part 5 of Part 5 of the judgment of the first instance.
