All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment on the grounds of Defendant C’s appeal in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court’s determination that Defendant C was guilty on the grounds indicated in its reasoning is justifiable.

Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of misapprehending the bounds of free evaluation of evidence by violating logical and empirical rules.

2. Examining the reasoning of the judgment of the court below in light of the records, it is justifiable to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance which found Defendant G guilty on the grounds that there is no proof of crime regarding the facts charged in this case against Defendant G, and to render a verdict of innocence.

Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of misapprehending the bounds of free evaluation of evidence by violating logical and empirical rules.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
