On October 29, 2015, around 17:07, the Defendant was waiting in the vicinity of the taxi platform in the southwest-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-gu, 2015, and was sexually insultingd by the victim C to the Defendant on the ground that the victim C was claiming the Defendant to move the taxi. As such, the Defendant made the victim’s patent insultingly insulting the victim by saying, “Is the head of the knick, Chewing, and knife such knife, knife, knife, and knife.”
