1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

We examine the legitimacy of the instant lawsuit.

The lawsuit of this case, for which the plaintiff who is a clan, seeks the registration of ownership transfer and damages in lieu of restitution against the defendants for the cancellation of title trust on the real estate owned by the clan, shall be proved that the representative of the plaintiff was legally selected and appointed in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the clan rules and that there was a resolution of the general meeting regarding the filing of the lawsuit of this case which constitutes the management

However, the plaintiff did not submit any evidence on this issue, and did not comply with the order of this court to urge proof on the above matter.

Therefore, the instant lawsuit is unlawful because it does not meet the requirements for filing a lawsuit, such as the legitimacy of the representative and resolution at the general meeting

The instant lawsuit is dismissed.
