Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall issue sports betting tickets or similar things (including the issuance thereof by means of information and communications networks) and provide property or financial benefits (hereinafter referred to as "similar act") to persons who win at the betting results, or directly do such act.

Nevertheless, from September 24, 2013 to December 10, 2012, the Defendant received 280,000 won from the Defendant’s residence account K bank account, and received 280,000 won in money, among various games managed by the Defendant from the above site, 40 times in line with the Defendant’s sports games distribution rate that the operator had set in advance. The Defendant received 50,500 won in the above site’s account from HF account to HF bank account I, and 4,592,00 won in the above site’s account from K bank account, and 280,000 won in the above site’s money. Among various games managed by the above site, he received 40,500 won in the sports market (such as U.S. sports games) and 500 times in the above site.
