A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for nine months.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On August 24, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for habitual larceny and fraud at the Seoul Central District Court, and on May 15, 2017, the Seoul District Court completed the execution of the sentence.

[2] In order to raise living expenses, the Defendant: (a) had the mind that the Defendant would steal money at a wedding hall; (b) had the Defendant scambling around October 28, 2017 at a wedding hall; and (c) had the Defendant laid a stable bag on the 7th floor of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building C in a d' wedding hall at around October 28, 2017; and (d) had the Defendant laid the stable bag for the victim E; (b) had the d'cambing bag at the place of receiving the stable; (c) had the d'cambing bag at the place of receiving the stable; and (d) had the Defendant’s name laid the empty envelope on the said stable bag; and (d) had the Defendant’s name used the said stable bag in a 100,500 won, 100 won, 500 won, and 100 won in cash on the d'cambing.

In addition, by putting the Defendant into the lower part of the money and again submitting a stable bag containing the remainder of 50,000 won to the lower part of the money, the Defendant stolens KRW 100,000 owned by the victim, from that point of time, up to November 5 of the same year, the Defendant stolen the cash amounting to KRW 400,000 in total over three times, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form, from November 5 of the same year, and attempted to steals cash over two occasions, but did not find a stable bag that could be stolen, but did not commit an attempted crime.
