1. The Plaintiff:

(a) The Defendant (Appointed Party) shall pay KRW 170,000,000 and its amount from September 20, 2014, and KRW 180,00,000.

Facts of recognition

The Plaintiff is a housing redevelopment and consolidation project association established to implement a housing redevelopment and rearrangement project (hereinafter referred to as “instant rearrangement project”) on a size of 51,526.2 square meters in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and obtained authorization from the head of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government for the establishment of a project on July 18, 2008, and obtained approval of a project implementation plan on November 25, 2009 and approval of a project implementation plan on June 22, 201.

In addition, the head of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government approved the management and disposal plan of the plaintiff on May 22, 2013, and publicly notified the details on the 30th of the same month.

The Defendant (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant”) and the designated parties (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendants”) together with the Defendant and the designated parties (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendants”) filed an application for parcelling-out with the Plaintiff from January 2010 to March 20 of the same year according to the Plaintiff’s notice of application for parcelling-out.

On November 5, 2012, the Defendant leased 101,00,000 won as security deposit of 170 million won, from November 4, 2012 to November 4, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as “one lease”), the deposit of 301,00 won as security deposit of 160,000 won, and the term of lease from July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2010, the Defendant leased 10,000 won as security deposit of 180,000 won as security deposit of 10,000 won from November 1, 2012 to 30, 2014. However, on September 10, 2012, the Defendant extended the term of lease by June 30, 2014.

(hereinafter referred to as “second lease”). Around July 2012, the Selection Party C leased 401 units of the same building he/she owns to J, KRW 150 million, and the term of lease from July 30, 2012 to July 30, 2014.

(hereinafter referred to as “third lease.” On September 18, 2008, D leased a building 201, located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City L, the principal of which, from October 30, 2008 to October 29, 2010, the deposit was increased to KRW 180 million.
