1. Around 17:00 on September 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) had been seated in the G Apartment Bae-gun, Goungdong-gun, Goungdong-gun; (b) had induced the victim by stating that “I am I Ra; and (c) prevented the victim from resisting by getting the victim’s arms; and (d) had the victim kne, kne, kne, kne, and kn, kn the victim’s face; (b) had the victim tight and kn, kn the victim’s face; and (c) committed an indecent act by force against the victim under the age of 13 by putting the victim’s chest and knb, by putting him knb into the victim’s clothes; and (d) had the victim’s chest and knb, knbing him into the victim’s clothes.

2. 피고인은 2013. 9. 25. 17:00경 위 놀이터에서, 학원차량에서 내려 귀가하는 피해자를 발견하고 피해자에게 “따라 오라.”고 말하여 피해자를 위 놀이터 뒤쪽 야산으로 유인한 뒤 피해자의 옷 안으로 손을 집어넣어 피해자의 가슴과 음부를 만지고, 피해자에게 “만지면 기분 좋다.”라고 말하면서 피해자의 손을 자신의 바지 안으로 집어넣어 피해자로 하여금 자신의 성기를 만지도록 하고, 피해자에게 “키스해 달라.”고 말하면서 피해자의 입안으로 자신의 혀를 밀어 넣고 피해자의 치아를 핥아, 13세 미만인 피해자를 강제로 추행하였다.
