A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and C have become aware of each other while serving in the Muschi prison in around 1990.

1. Mediation of stolen goods;

A. At around 13:00 on July 26, 2012, the Defendant: (a) sold to the E office located in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, the Defendant: (b) sold the above 1,300 won of the net gold e-mail amounting to KRW 4,500,000, which was the victim’s possession, of the victim’s e-mail by intrusion upon the victim’s residence from the said E office into the victim’s residence; (c) at around 14:00 on the request of the Defendant, the Defendant sold one precious metal e-mail amounting to KRW 1,30,000 in the market price; and (d) sold the e-mail amount equivalent to KRW 1,130,000,000, KRW 1,300,000 in the market price; and (e) sold the e-mail gold e-mail amount to KRW 14:00,00,000.

(b) On October 2012, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s house located in K at two cities in two cities in two cities in two cities in two weeks; (b) four gold bars equivalent to one thousand and four hundred forty-four percent of the market price of the victim’s L; (c) one gold sheet equivalent to the market price of 400,000 won; (d) one half-eight percent of the market price of the victim’s housing; (d) four gold bars equivalent to one thousand and four hundred-eight percent of the market price of the victim’s housing; and (e) three gold bars equivalent to three hundred-eight percent of the market price of the victim’s housing (three hundred-eight percent of the market price of the victim’s housing; and (e) one five hundred-eight percent of the market price of the victim’s housing; and (e) three hundred-eight percent of the market price of the victim’s housing; and (e) one five five percent of the market price of the victim’s housing; and (g) three hundred-eight percent of the market price of the victim’s housing price of one hundred-eight.
