A defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 12 million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On May 14, 2013, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,00,000 from the Busan District Court Branch of the Dong branch of the Road due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

On July 30, 2020, the Defendant driven a B-V car at approximately 1km from the 1k section to the flap road of the bus terminal in the Southern-si, Changwon-si, Namsan-si, Changwon-si, the alcohol level of 0.19% in alcohol level among blood transfusion around 04:50 on July 30, 202.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking alcohol driving more than twice.
