1. The defendant shall pay 53,350,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from August 25, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the plaintiff entered into a contract with the defendant on December 1, 2019 with the first construction work period from December 1, 2019 to December 15, 2019, with the construction period of 22 million won (payment within seven days after completion of construction). On January 15, 2020, the plaintiff entered into a contract with the defendant for the second construction work between C Electric Power Co., Ltd. from January 15, 2020 to February 15, 2020, with the construction period of 20,650,000 won (payment within seven days after completion of construction, separate imposition, additional imposition, and payment within seven days after completion of construction). Accordingly, the defendant entered into a contract with the defendant on December 1, 2019 to pay damages within the construction period of 250,000 won after the date of completion of construction, as prescribed by this case’s complaint to the plaintiff.

It is so decided as per Disposition.
