1. The Defendant: 5% per annum from February 23, 2011 to February 13, 2014, and February 14, 2014, to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff was subcontracted on June 3, 2009 with the installation, delivery (hereinafter “instant incineration”) of the Symna Co., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) to the Seogu Daegu Energy Co., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) in the Seogu Daegu-gu Industrial Complex (hereinafter “Sgu Heat Energy”), Seo-gu Co., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) to the Symna Co., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter “Symna”), by means of incineration (hereinafter “Sgu Heat Energy”) by inserting the Symna Co., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant incineration”) from the Ulsan District Court on April 8, 2010.

The main contents of the instant construction contract are as follows.

Contract amount: 5.60 million won (value 5.1 billion won, value 5.1 billion won, value 510 million won, value 500 million won): The warranty bond on December 30, 2009: the warranty period of 10% of the contract amount: the method of payment for 12 months from the completion date of the last trial run at the original office: In accordance with the special terms and conditions.

B. On February 22, 2010, Seogu Heat Energy issued confirmation of completion to the Defendant on February 22, 2010, confirming that the supply, installation, construction, sub-working, etc. of the incineration routes and ancillary facilities of this case has been completed with respect to the instant construction.

C. Meanwhile, around that time, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to retain KRW 589,050,00 (including value-added tax) out of the construction price of the instant case as the defective reserve amount.
