Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around March 4, 2010, the Defendant: (a) stated C’s profice; (b) the Industrial Bank of Korea at the Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul Branch stated C’s Industrial Bank of Korea (“C”); (c) “C”); (d) the address address (“Seng-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D apartment No. 101 Dong 1309; and (d) the amount of the loan limit; (b) one million “A” on the applicant’s name; (c) continuously signed the loan application; and (d) stated C’s name on the applicant’s “C”; and (d) written the applicant’s resident registration number in the “E”; and (e) signed the loan agreement in the name and later signed it by C; and (e) forged the loan agreement in the name and title of C, which is a private document for the purpose of exercising the rights and duties.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) above, submitted to the lender a forged loan transaction agreement with the head of the Bank and one copy of the loan application form as if they were duly formed.
