A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On February 3, 2015, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 4 million for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon-do.

【Criminal Facts】

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-learning car.

1. On June 3, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.069% on blood alcohol level on June 3, 202, and led the said car to drive the said car on the ground of the 30-lane 7-7 above as the old U.S. U.S. U.S. U.S. U.S. heading on the slope of the mountain bank.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim by occupational negligence, such as finite finites in need of treatment for about two weeks.
