A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding 4,00,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 19:00 on July 27, 201, the Defendant: “Around 19:00, the Defendant 2013 Man-Ma1512” sounded the D Hospital D Hospital’s street in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, to prevent fire at a hospital on the ground that he was not hospitalized in the hospital; “I would tell D Hospital if I would tell D Hospital if I would do so.” The Defendant purchased gasoline equivalent to KRW 1,900 with 1.5 liters in E station near the above hospital, and purchased gasoline at the E station near the above hospital, and 1.5 liters in an amount of gasoline amounting to KRW 1,90,00; Gazers in Han-do; Gaz with other hand strings with a fire extinguisher; and hing the staffF working there at that hospital; and hingly, “I will flue in the hospital”; and hing the Defendant into the knter and the luter with a fluter.

The Defendant reserves fire-fighting by spreading gasoline in the waterway of D Hospital in which people exist in the above manner.

2. On July 23, 2011, at around 15:40, the Defendant was assaulted on the street prior to the H convenience store located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, by the Defendant on July 15:40, 201, and received a report of 112 from the Defendant, and subsequently sent out by the Defendant, the victim Sungnam-gu Police Station I police box affiliated with the Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul Special Police Station: on the ground that the Defendant was called as “the same fribrop” for the remaining victims, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim among five unspecified persons, including the said victims.

3. "2013 Highly 1900".

A. On the ground that from around 16:10 on July 16, 201 to 16:50 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim M, who is the nurse of a hospital, to be “Chewing” to the other hospital due to the lack of a doctor in Seongbuk-gu L Hospital; and (b) expressed the transition (23.5 cm in total length, 12 cm in knife) that the patient who found the hospital was to leave the hospital to the Defendant, and came to enter the hospital.
