The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

At around 14:00 on December 23, 2019, the Defendant, while moving office equipment, etc. with the victim D(23 years of age) from the third floor of the New Construction Work site C in Guisisi City B, the Defendant: (a) took the victim’s face, she exceeded the wall he/she worn “I am special due to chewing, I am special because I am special because I am special because I am special, I am special due to I am special; (b) took the victim’s face one time, and assaulted the victim.

2. Determination
