A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall possess, distribute, furniture, keep or sell the catches illegally captured and collected.

Nevertheless, at around 16:25:00 on December 28, 2011, the Defendant kept 2 kg in order to sell 2 kg of the body length less than 6.4 cm, the capture of which is prohibited under 6.4 cm Adong A-dong 8(B).
