Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 1, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and two years and six months for the injury resulting from special obstruction of performance of official duties at the Daegu District Court on July 9, 201.

On December 23, 2010, at around 13:50 on December 23, 2010, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim D (the aged 73) to leave the vehicle in front of the housing located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, that the Defendant left the bitle of the Fspherc vehicle driven along with E by hand; and (b) made a bitle to the future, “this sphere, fom, fome, fome, fome,” which read “the bitle, fome, fomb,” which read “the bitle of the bitle, fome, fome, fome, fump, fumle, fumle, fumle,” which requires the victim’s treatment for approximately two weeks.
