1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part on Defendant AW and AX shall be revoked, and the Plaintiff’s claim against Defendant AW and AX shall be filed.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff consists of lineal descendants of CH and is a clan, the purpose of which is to promote the protection of graves of the common ancestor, the religious services and the friendship among the clan members and to efficiently manage the clan properties in Pakistan.

B. On March 6, 1954, the registration of preservation of ownership was completed under the name of the deceased CK, CL, CM, CM, CN, and CO on March 6, 1954. On April 6, 2005, the registration of preservation of ownership was divided into 14,579 square meters of the CP forest (attached Form 1 real estate), C Q Qu forest 426 square meters, CR forest 426 square meters, CR forest 1,72 square meters, and the above CR real estate was respectively registered under CTS real estate (attached Form 1 real estate) and CTR real estate (attached Form 3 real estate in attached Table 1 list).

C. On March 6, 1954, registration of preservation of ownership was completed in the name of Sik, CL, CM, CN, CN, and CO on March 6, 1954.

On December 16, 1971, the registration of preservation of ownership was completed in the name of net CW, CX, CM, CY, CY, CZ, DA, DB, DB, DC and DD on December 16, 1971.

E. On March 29, 1954, the registration of preservation of ownership was completed in the name of the net DF, CK, DG, CG, CN, CN, CN, CM, CM, DB, CY, and AY on March 29, 1954. Also, DH large 37 square meters (paragraph 7 of attached Table 1) was completed in the name of the 10 persons above.

F. On September 10, 1969, the 4,300 Gyeonggi-gun DI Forest land was divided into DJ Forest land 3,967 square meters (the real estate in attached Table 10), DK, and DL. The above DK real estate was registered as DM large 172 square meters (the real estate in attached Table 1 list), and the above DL real estate was registered as 116 square meters (the real estate in attached Table 1 list) before DN, and on June 18, 1996, the registration of initial ownership was completed as owned by the Republic of Korea on November 29, 201.
