Punishment of the crime
In order to operate a call center, a person who is difficult to obtain a loan due to misrepresenting a financial institution, such as KB National Bank, etc. while operating a one-time call financial fraud (hereinafter “one-time call”) will be able to obtain a loan by raising credit rating from a person who is difficult to obtain a loan.

On December 2, 2016, the Defendant granted a loan to people and wired money by making a false statement from a telephone financial fraud assistance officer (hereinafter “C”).
It is intended to receive cash cards that can withdraw money from remittance and deliver them, or deliver the withdrawn money.
