Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine for 500,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 29, 2016, at around 22:45, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, was able to take one room of the main points of the victim C’s operation D (2:5,00,000,000) around 22:5,00 and 5, and without any justifiable reason, the Defendant was able to hear that the victim’s market price is equivalent to KRW 6.50,00,00 from drinking, and that he would not sell alcohol from the victim, and the Defendant was able to talk with the victim about 45 minutes of drinking, such as “Irh, Mah, Irh, Irh, in our city.”

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property and interfered with the victim's main business.

2. 관공서주취소란 피고인은 2016. 7. 29. 23:30경 통영시 광도면 죽림3로 25에 있는 통영경찰서 광도지구대에서 제1항과 같은 이유로 현행범인 체포되어 대기하던 중, 제1항 피해자를 조사하던 경찰관들에게 ‘씹할 새끼야. 개새끼들아. 너가 씹할 뭐 잘한 거 있냐. 개새끼야. 좆빠라. 경찰이면 다냐. 내가 뭘 잘못한 거 있냐. 씹할 새끼야. 업소에서 뭐 받아 처먹었느냐’는 등 약 1시간 30분 동안 큰 소리로 고함을 질렀다.
