Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principals, as China, were under operation in China. Defendant A, as the captain of a low-speed fishing vessel towing out of the Republic of Korea (47 tons, wooden vessels, and low-speed vessels), was willing to conduct fishery activities in a specific prohibited zone in the exclusive economic zone in the Republic of Korea by taking charge of the following roles: (a) assisting the captain to the above E mate; (b) assisting the captain; (c) assisting the captain in operating; and (d) guiding the operation of fishing gear and/or fishing nets; and (e) the Defendant C, taking charge of the management of various institutions inside the ship, such as operating to the above E engineer and operating engine engines; and (e) assisting the operator in operating the fishing along the fishing route and operating the fishing route in a specific prohibited zone in the Republic of Korea.

No foreigner shall conduct fishery activities in a specific prohibited zone designated for the protection of fishery resources or coordination in fisheries among the exclusive economic zones.

Nevertheless, at around September 2015, the Defendants conspireded to leave the Republic of Korea to board seven seafarers under paragraph (1) of the same paragraph from September 21, 2015, Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C, the appeal of the Republic of Korea on September 14, 2015, on September 23, 2015, when the appeal of the Republic of Korea was in operation on board near the sea and was in operation on September 14, 2015, at approximately 53.7 nautical miles in the exclusive economic zone of the Republic of Korea, the Incheon Cheongjin-gun, Cheong-gun, Incheon, which was 53.7 nautical miles located in the exclusive economic zone of the Republic of Korea, also at approximately 20.6 nautical miles (N 37.34 50 east, 125.07 easteast, east 125.50 east east east east 180 east east 180 east 308.

2. A prosecutor or a judicial police officer prescribed by Presidential Decree shall apply to a foreign vessel suspected of engaging in illegal fishery activities in an exclusive economic zone.
