1. The Defendant’s KRW 71,438,300 as well as 6% per annum from August 11, 2016 to March 31, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a corporation operating a combined freight forwarding business, etc., and the Defendant is a corporation operating a product chain business, such as a brand store, which is "Stosaw".

B. On December 31, 2010, in relation to the Defendant’s convenience store operation business, the Defendant entrusted the Plaintiff with the distribution business to the Dabambdo Distribution Center located in the Seocho-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant logistics center”). The Plaintiff’s main contents are managing and keeping the entrusted goods and delivering the goods to the Defendant’s franchise store; the commission fee is calculated based on the number of stores; the commission fee is calculated based on the number of stores; the contract period is from February 16, 201 to February 15, 2016 (the contract period is automatically extended in the absence of a written notification on the change of the contract or re-contract three months prior to the termination of the contract).

① On March 1, 2012, the Plaintiff decided to change the consignment fee from March 1, 2012 with the Defendant, and entered into an additional agreement with the Defendant on the change of the terms and conditions of the consignment agreement for logistics business (hereinafter “instant change agreement”) with the content that the entire expenses, such as salking personnel expenses, storage expenses, etc. (hereinafter “other management expenses”) out of the payment fees for the Gangwon-do dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong 200,00 won per store (hereinafter “instant additional agreement”). The Plaintiff concluded an additional agreement on the change of the consignment fee from April 1, 2014, with the content that the consignment fee as of March 1, 2014 shall be KRW 130,000 per store (hereinafter “instant additional agreement”).

On August 10, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) the instant logistics center, which was already leased from the National Bank Co., Ltd., the owner of the instant logistics center; and (b) the Korea Asset Management Co., Ltd. to perform duties under the instant contract with the Defendant; (c) the term of the contract from January 15, 2016 to January 31, 2019; (d) the rental deposit of KRW 165,48,300; and (e) the monthly sales center.
