Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2017, at around 23:10, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s baton face by cutting the bat around the victim’s bat at the end of the city and bat with a bat at the end of the city, with a view to noise around the residence of the victim D (48 tax) located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and 301.
