Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] The Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for fraud at the Suwon District Court on December 11, 2014 and two years of suspended execution, which became final and conclusive on December 19, 2014, and is currently under suspended execution.
【Criminal Facts】
1.
